SAN DIEGO, July 20, 2007 - College Loan Corporation (CLC), a top 10 student loan provider, today announced the release of its Code of Conduct. Since inception, CLC has made regulatory compliance a key priority. As the winner of The San Diego Better Business Bureau's 2006 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, the Company has always pursued the highest standard of marketing and compliance practices.

The Company today also pledged a $500,000 donation to the financial literacy campaign fund established by the New York Attorney General.
