As a key member of the marketing team, the Affiliate Marketing Specialist  will be responsible for affiliate marketing strategy, acquisition, and performance. This position will play an integral role supporting and growing lead generation and customer acquisition. The primary focus is to manage and grow current affiliate partnerships, new partner on-boarding, optimization, quality management, analysis, and accounting.


  • Develop and manage affiliate campaigns across all Edvisors products
  • Maximize the number of affiliate partners and increase revenue with existing partners.
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to ensure campaigns are well integrated with overall marketing strategy and business goals.
  • Work with partners to identify the best solutions for effective affiliate marketing programs
  • Will be responsible for setting up offers, tracking and monitoring performance.
  • Manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and daily spend
  • Work with existing partners to optimize campaigns and improve quality of traffic
  • Vet partner contracts in collaboration with compliance to determine risk and to make sure everything is compliant to our terms.
  • Screen current and potential affiliates for fraudulent activities
  • Analyze campaigns and reporting to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI Manage affiliates and the campaign strategy with the aim of meeting targets/goals
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by agencies and affiliates
  • Reengage inactive affiliates and rebuild relationships as required


  • 3+ years’ experience with affiliate marketing
  • Proactive, self-starter who is data driven and results oriented
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Strong partnership management skills
  • Strong prospecting, closing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong skillset in reporting and presentation is required
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability and desire to operate in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • 2+ years’ experience working with HasOffers/Tune, Google Analytics, Commission Junction, Impact Radius and Awin preferred.
  • Experience in financial and Education space preferred but optional
