John Falb

President & Chief Executive Officer

John has been involved in CLC’s leadership since 2002. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company and is hands-on in all matters related to investment and finance strategy. John gives back to the community serving as treasurer and board member of Stop Child Predators and The Meadows School. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego.

Todd Transue

Chief Financial Officer

Todd has served as Chief Financial Officer for CLC since 2014, and oversees the Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, IT Engineering and Data Science functions. Todd started at the company in 2008 managing the Accounting department as VP and Controller. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of California, Riverside, a M.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from San Diego State University, and a Master of Legal Studies (both Corporate Compliance, and HR/Employment Law) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. In addition, Todd is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Chartered Global Management Accountant, and Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.

Sravani Atluri

Chief Marketing Officer

Sravani Atluri serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Edvisors. Sravani is responsible for all Edvisors, along with revenue growth through the nurturing and development of partner relationships. Ms Atluri oversees Marketing, Business Development, PR & Communications, Development and Project Management teams at Edvisors. She has more than 16 years of business, marketing & data management experience in various verticals with a successful track record. Sravani’s skills —honed within fast-paced, complex business environments— span e-commerce, web2print, fintech, healthcare, startups, and fashion. She is passionate about helping students succeed through the exchange of engaging, timely, and relevant information. In her free time, she gives back to the community through volunteering. She loves travelling, historic fiction, painting, and animals. But mostly you will find her home with family if not in the office.
